Due to current regulations, the SPA kit can no longer be provided. We therefore invite you to bring your swimsuit, a cotton towel, slippers and bathrobe with you.
POLICY GIFT CARD*
Give a pleasant SPA experience to a loved one. The Gift Cards are valid for 3 months and can be used, by booking, from Monday to Sunday (subject to availability). We inform our Guests in possession of Gift Card that it will be necessary to communicate the identification code at the time of booking; if there is no correct notice, the Garden Relais SPA will be forced to charge for the complete service performed.
In case you have to cancel your reservation with a Gift Card , please contact us within 6 hours of booking; if there is no advance payment, the Gift card will be canceled.

What should I do if I am aware of important aspects concerning my health?
When booking your treatment, please report to the Reception any information relating to your health or if you are pregnant.
Can I undergo treatments if I am pregnant?
The treatments we can carry out for pregnant women are all facial treatments, basic manicures and pedicures.
What should I wear to go to the SPA?
She can wear whatever she wants, in the changing rooms she will have the opportunity to wear a bathrobe and slippers that will allow her to move with greater comfort.
When should I arrive for my treatment?
We recommend that you arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment to be able to relax while sipping a healthy drink prepared for you.
What should I wear during the treatments?
The treatments are carried out wearing the hygienic briefs that will be provided before the treatment, to ensure greater comfort.
What happens if I arrive late for my treatment?
Arriving late means reducing the treatment time and not being able to fully benefit from it. The treatment will end at the established time to avoid delays for the next Guest.
What should I do if I have to cancel my reservation?
Should you revoke your treatment, we ask you to notify us by 19.00 the night before. If you do not notify us within the specified terms, your reservation will be charged for the full amount of the reserved treatment.
